1. CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING MINORS (UNDER THE AGE OF 14)
 
Our training programs are designed for youth goalies, including children under the age of 14. However, our website and booking platform are intended strictly for use by parents and legal guardians.

  • All account creation, class bookings, waivers, and financial transactions must be completed exclusively by a parent or legal guardian.
  • If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has directly provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering a student, booking a session, or communicating with us.
Information Provided by the Parent/Guardian:
  • Parent Contact Data: Full name, billing address, email address, and phone number.
  • Student/Goalie Data: Goalie’s name, date of birth, jersey/gear size, skill level, and any critical health, injury, or medical notes you choose to share for coaching safety.
  • Legal Documentation: Digital signatures confirming agreement to athletic liability waivers and refund policies.
Automatically Collected Data:
 
  • Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device information gathered via standard website cookies to ensure our booking system functions correctly.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
 
We use the collected information to:
  • Process, manage, and schedule goalie training sessions, camps, and clinics.
  • Send booking confirmations, schedule changes, and weather alerts.
  • Securely process payments and issue refunds.
  • Ensure athlete safety by providing coaches with relevant age and medical notes.
  • Comply with legal, provincial, and national athletic insurance requirements.
4. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING AND STORAGE
 
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. To run our goalie school, we share data with trusted third-party service providers who treat your data securely:
  • Amelia Booking Plugin: Your contact details, goalie information, and schedule selections are processed and stored within our secure WordPress database via the Amelia plugin.
  • Stripe: All financial transactions are handled securely off-site by our payment gateway, Stripe. Our website never stores, views, or has access to your full credit card numbers. Stripe’s use of your personal information is governed by their independent Privacy Policy.
  • Hosting Providers: Our WordPress database is hosted on secure servers with strict access controls and active firewall protection.
5. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
 
We implement robust technical security measures, including SSL encryption (HTTPS) and limited staff database access, to keep your family's data safe. We retain player and parent data only as long as necessary to fulfill training services, maintain historical records for insurance purposes, or comply with financial and tax laws.
